Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel my participation and receive a refund?
Refunds are not available, but in the event of cancellation, you will receive a voucher for the cost of the workshop to be used as credit on our website to purchase future workshops or items from our product catalog.
Is it also suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! The workshops are designed for all levels, from beginners to experts, with step-by-step instructions and individual support.
The workshops are for adults and children aged 13 and up.
The office is far from my house, is it difficult to get there?
No, the studio is easily accessible by public transport from both Ostia and Piramide. With just 15 minutes on the Metromare, you will arrive at the studio, which is 200 meters from the stop.
If you are coming by car, it is easily accessible via the GRA by taking exit 28. Parking is easy to find; we just recommend not turning onto the street where the studio is located as it is a dead end.
If the workshop includes refreshments, how can I communicate my allergies?
You can communicate them via Instagram @mmimmistudio or email at mmimmistudio@gmail.com and they will be taken into consideration to ensure you a safe and pleasant experience.
If the workshop does not reach the minimum number of participants, how does it work?
If the workshop does not reach 3 participants, you will be notified 2 days in advance and refunded.
